The first of the month is always exciting because we get a new square!

As you (hopefully) know by now, 2023 is a series of Celtic Knot squares. May Knot is now live!

Those who have purchased the EBook on Ravelry will have an update in their library. Etsy users will have an email with the new file.

You can also purchase the Celtic Knot squares individually. Do you have a favorite design yet? You can make a whole blanket with just one or two squares - it doesn’t have to have 12 different designs!

Speedy Train Update

I have a long list of patterns I need to update but we can check Speedy Train off the list! There are now three files for you to choose from: interlocking crochet, the original overlay mosaic crochet option using the interlocking chart, and a new adjusted, solid overlay mosaic crochet option.

If it interests you to know, here's what I have been working on:

• Patterns in testing: Persistent Blossoms, currently published in Crochet Now Issue 93 (mosaic version only, may create an interlocking version as well), Crochet Foundry’s 2023 Blog Hop is also a mosaic pattern in testers hands as we speak, Floral Weave (an interlocking pattern only at this point) is in testing, and Coffee Time Mug Wall Hanging is in testing

• Videos in progress: tutorial on how to join the squares to make my February Knot Mini-Square bag, support videos for Persistent Blossoms and the Crochet Foundry freebie need to be edited, still only halfway through recording my Tunisian Mosaic CAL

• Patterns in creation stage: a series of baby blankets with a different letter of the alphabet on it, a cursive alphabet small enough to add into other projects, Celtic Wedding Knot Scarf/Wrap?, Magnetic Outcome. I can’t possibly list all the patterns I have in drafts because there’s just too many lol

• Lots of patterns on my list to update with a solid mosaic option (instead of the interlocking mesh dots all over). Let me know if there's a pattern you'd like updated sooner rather than later.

• Updating links: I’ve been replacing the linktr.ee/LFMandMosaic link with ashleeslint.com/link-in-bio on my website and YouTube and everywhere I can remember to update it, I’ve also been rewriting a lot of the descriptions and hashtags on my YouTube videos (updating their thumbnails is next), plus I’ve had to rework all my blog entries (spacing, links, etc.) after moving hosts. My website IS mostly functional at this point, but it’s still something I need to update.
